Chapter 3 - Q&A 3: Violet & Lucille

I didn't feel like coming up with an entirely new story for Violet to talk about or finding an existing one in the public domain that she'd be interested in, so I just dug up the concept for a musical I started writing a few years ago and never finished and gender-swapped it so it could be about lesbians, so Wes Packwood became Wendy Packwood. The bartender love interest's name is Harvey Redd, so I guess in this version, her name would be... Harley Redd? Now that I think about it, the story would be functionally identical if I kept the gender-swaps, plus I could combine some of the characters to be more efficient and have a smaller cast... The one downside is that I'd have to cut a truly beautiful scene that's basically a series of jokes at Wes's expense about him not knowing what the handkerchief code is. Uh, don't look that up if you're under 18. Anyway, I dunno, I may come back to it eventually. I'd like to finish it at some point.
