Not to be confused with the real-life Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. I don’t know if they have legal grounds for suing me because this is a fictional school in a webcomic and also because the trademarks for both “Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences” and “PNWU” have been labelled dead since 2013 and 2014 respectively but then there’s also common-law trademark which can still apply but I’m not using either of those exact names anyway and I don’t think I’m really a threat to them or their reputation so PNWU I hope we can be friends and please don’t sue me.

Also, fun fact! The “Pin-Trip” thing is a reference to how Washingtonians almost exclusively refer to the University of Washington as “U-Dub.”
